Well, not quite. The deal is not yet finalized. But once it is - what will this mean for the forever complex England goalkeeper situation? Capello comes in with no loyalties to anyone, which can only be good news for Rob Green, and bad news for Paul Robinson.
Scott Carson might get a second chance, too. His form for Villa since the Croatia debacle has been good. And David James continues to carry on in sparkling form. Capello has relied on lots of older players in the past, at Real, Roma, Juventus, and Milan, so it wouldn't be a shock to see Jamo recalled.
